Sunflower Lamp
I am planning to transform a lamp into a sunflower while still highlighting its features as a lamp. The overall shape of this long lamp reminded me of a flower and because it creates light, I wanted to turn it into a sunflower which was inspired by of the association that this specific flower has with light. Its large round petals would also work nicely with the rounded finial of the lamp.
I love your idea! I think this will be a really interesting project. You're off to a great start!
ReplyDeleteI really like this concept. The idea of a sunflower radiating light from the lamp totally makes sense and as a product design student I could totally see this being brought into the market. Good work, excited to see your progression.
ReplyDeletevery cool design and concept. Imagine if they created lamps that looked like this that were "sun lamps" like for vitamin D or even like grow lights for plants.
